Our refund structure is simple:
1. Unused Wallet Funds (Refundable): If you have deposited funds into your wallet but have not yet launched a campaign, or if you have a remaining balance you no longer wish to use, you may request a refund of the unused portion to your original payment method.
2. Active Campaigns (Non-Refundable): Once a campaign is active and your content has been distributed across the creator network, those funds are considered utilized and cannot be refunded.
Customer Satisfaction: While we cannot reverse delivered services, we value your experience. If you encounter technical issues or campaign processing errors, our support team is authorized to issue Goodwill Credits or adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
