- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior

e) High-Risk or Restricted Use

- Any use that could reasonably expose Wolf Global or its service providers to liability
4. Account Responsibility
- Each user may maintain one account, unless explicitly authorized
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
- All activity conducted through an account is attributed to the account holder
Wolf Global is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect our services and users, Wolf Global reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage for compliance with this AUP
- Investigate suspected violations
- Take corrective action without prior notice where appropriate
Corrective actions may include:

- Permanent termination of accounts
- Forfeiture of credits or access

Enforcement decisions are made at Wolf Global’s sole discretion and are final.

- Cooperate with payment processors, service providers, or platform partners

- Assist with investigations related to fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct
Such cooperation does not create any obligation to notify affected users where disclosure is legally permitted or required.
7. No Circumvention of Enforcement
Users may not attempt to:
- Re-register after account suspension or termination
- Bypass technical or administrative restrictions
- Use alternate accounts to evade enforcement actions
8. Policy Updates
Wolf Global may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform operations, or risk management practices.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
